IV Drip FAQs

Curious about IV drips, booster shots and the benefits they offer? Here are our most frequently asked questions so you can discover what to expect when you step into our London clinic.

  • IV drips are perfect for people with busy lifestyles, particularly those who are often on the go and need immunity support and quick boosts with zero down time.

  • Almost instantly! The best part about IV therapy is its fast-acting results. You will feel better as soon as the fluids start to enter your bloodstream.

  • The number of IV drips and sessions we’ll recommend to you does vary depending on your personal needs and health. Once a fortnight is quite common, but this might be rarer depending on what you need.

  • The majority of our IV drip sessions last an hour or less. Please note: you can only receive one drip per session.

  • We advise that all our patients drink two litres of water prior to your appointment. This increases blood flow and circulation, allowing for your veins to be accessible and hydrated. If not, they “roll away” and needle insertion is not possible. We also advise that you have something to eat beforehand to avoid feeling lightheaded.

  • Before providing any IV therapies, we always conduct an in-depth 360 health check to assess which treatment is right for you. We do not conduct our IV drip therapy on pregnant women, people with high blood pressure medication (e.g. blood thinners), or those with kidney failure.

  • Yes, we offer booster shots of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D or Biotin for anyone with these common deficiencies to restore full body function.
